Target Is Apparently a High End Store

CNN is reporting that the RNC spent a total of 180,000 dollars on clothing and styling for Sarah Palin during the election cycle. That’s over about nine weeks. That equates to about 20,000 a week. That’s about 2/3 of my yearly spent per week on one woman’s clothing and make-up. Jesus.

The fun part is CNN’s despcription as follows:

The RNC also spent close to $24,000 in several high end stores, including Ann Taylor, Bloomingdales, Brooks Brothers, Neiman’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Saks, Target, and Victoria’s Secret.

Target and Victoria’s Secret are now high end stores! I shop high end. I am elite. now. Awesome.

Also, GQ magazine’s Man Of the Year issue is out with alternate covers. I picked up the Obama one. In this issue is a blurb about Sarah Palin themed porn. I’m not making this up:

Larry Flynt’s Hustler is shooting a porno flick with a Sarah Palin look-alike titled “Nailin’ Paylin.” Flynt is known for targeting high profile political figures.

The fake Sarah Palin is Lisa Ann. In the flick the Alaska Governer “will be nailing the Russians who come knocking on her back-door.” In a flashback scene “young Paylin’s creationist college professor will explain a ‘big bang’ theory even she can’t deny!”

There’s also a menage a trois with Hillary and Condoleezza look-alikes. The video is in pre-production, but is being fast tracked for release before the election. Reports of the porn first surfaced when an ad for a Palin-lookalike porn actress was posted on Craigslist.

Thursday’s New York Daily News reported the porn’s existence, and had the video confirmed by a Hustler spokesman, who could not then confirm a release date.

The only country that markets pornography starring a woman that vaguely looks like a 40 year old, ex-Vice-Presidential candidate that has mothered five children, one of which is special needs. God Bless America.
